FAQ – Romé Hair
1. Who can order from Romé Hair?
Romé Hair supplies exclusively to licensed salons, stylists, and beauty professionals. We do not sell directly to consumers.
2. How can I register as a customer?
Fill in the registration form on our website. Once we verify your business details, your account will be activated, and you will gain access to prices and ordering.
3. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. We currently ship across Spain and throughout the European Union.
4. How long is delivery time?
Orders placed before 12:00 CET are usually shipped the same day. Delivery within Spain takes 1–2 business days. EU shipping takes 3–6 business days, depending on location.
5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping within Spain on orders above €250 (excl. IVA). EU shipping rates vary per country.
6. Do prices include VAT (IVA)?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Spanish IVA (21%) will be added at checkout, unless you provide a valid EU VAT number.
7. Can I return products?
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair extensions. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
8. Are your extensions real human hair?
Romé Hair supplies only premium quality extensions made from 100% Remy human hair, ethically sourced and double-drawn for durability.
9. Do you offer samples?
Yes, registered professionals can order a sample kit at a reduced price to test our colors and quality before placing bulk orders.
10. How can I contact Romé Hair?

11. Which products are included in the discount?
Our bulk discounts apply to all extensions (wefts, hand-tied, seamless). Tools and accessories are excluded.
12. How do I apply the discount?
At checkout, enter the code in the Discount code field. Shopify will automatically verify if your order qualifies.
13. Is there a maximum usage limit?
No. As long as you meet the quantity requirement, you can use the codes as often as you need.
14. Do the discounts apply to all colors?
Yes, but please note that light colors are more expensive to source. For large salon orders in light shades, we recommend contacting us for a custom wholesale quote.
15. What if I need 20+ bundles or have specific salon needs?
For wholesale orders above 20 bundles or for recurring supply agreements, please reach out to us directly. We offer tailor-made solutions for professional salons.
