Processing Time

Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

At this stage, orders are shipped from our local post office. As order volume increases, shipments will be picked up directly from our location by our shipping partners.

Free shipping on orders above €250 (excl. VAT) within mainland Spain. Not valid for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Tracking Information

Incorrect Address

Romé Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

If your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier.
