Romé Hair – Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • At this stage, orders are shipped from our local post office. As order volume increases, shipments will be picked up directly from our location by our shipping partners.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Standard delivery times:

    • Spain: 2–4 business days

    • Netherlands & Belgium: 4–7 business days

    • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days (on request)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (customs, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping on orders above €250 (excl. VAT) within mainland Spain. Not valid for Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

  • For international orders, shipping fees will be shown at checkout or confirmed after order placement.

  • Mainland Spain (Península)

    • Standard: €5.95 (2–5 business days)

    • Express: €8.95 (1–4 business days)

    • Free Standard Shipping on orders €250+

    Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera)

    • Standard: €8.95 (3–6 business days)

    • Express: €14.95 (2–4 business days)

    • Free Standard Shipping on orders €300+

    Canary Islands (Las Palmas & Santa Cruz de Tenerife)

    • Standard: €17.95 (4–7 business days)

    • Express: €29.95 (2–4 business days)

    • Customs duties (DUA) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Free shipping is not available for Canary Islands.

    Ceuta & Melilla

    • Standard: €17.95 (4–7 business days)

    • Express: €29.95 (2–4 business days)

    • Customs duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Free shipping is not available.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Romé Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier.

  • Romé Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will do our best to assist.
