Terms of Service – Romé Hair

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all business transactions conducted with Romé Hair (“we”, “our”, “us”), registered in Spain, acting exclusively as a B2B supplier of professional hair extensions and beauty products. By creating an account and placing an order, the customer (“you”) confirms professional status and accepts these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Romé Hair sells exclusively to licensed salons, stylists, and beauty professionals.

  • Registration requires valid business information, including a VAT number (if applicable).

  • Accounts may be suspended if false or incomplete details are provided.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed via our online store (Shopify platform).

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateways.

  • Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.

  • We do not offer credit terms or invoicing post-delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Spain.

  • Tracking information will be provided for every shipment.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Complaints

  • Due to hygiene regulations, returns of opened or used products are not accepted. (Read our Return Policy for extra information)

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days, subject to prior authorization.

  • Any complaint regarding defects or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.

6. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

  • We accept no liability for indirect damages, business interruption, or misuse of products (including coloring, chemical treatment, or improper application of extensions).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Romé Hair.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (including strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

  • Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Alicante, Spain.

10. Modifications
Romé Hair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms by continuing to use our services.
